☆ I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
☆ I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.
☆ I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.
☆ I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, and in my portfolio.

You (the customer):
☆You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.
☆You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.)
☆ You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.
☆ You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).
☆ You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.

process

  1. Contact me at [email protected] with a detailed concept for the piece (lots of references please!!!).

  2. Upon acceptance of the commission, 100% of the final price will be paid up front via paypal (USD). Then I'll start the sketch.

  3. I'll send you a sketch that can be revised to your liking.

  4. Once the final sketch has been approved, I'll continue the piece. Expect frequent contact as I send progress pictures to make sure we're on the same page.

  5. When I finish, I'll send you an HD watermarked and non watermarked .png of the final product via email.

  6. Note!!! Depending on how many commissions I have, it may take me 1-3 weeks to finish the job. I will be sure to communicate any delays with you!
